Charlize Theron dazzled Sunday’s Academy Awards ceremony in a plunging pleated gold lamé Christian Dior dress featuring a thigh-high split.
It wasn’t a surprising choice by the 41-year-old Oscar winner, who’s fronted the French fashion house as far back as 2004.
The South African stunner’s sculpted ponytail was coiffed by Enzo Angileri to better highlight her ornate Chopard diamond earrings.
Meanwhile, make-up artist Francesca Tolot made sure Charlize’s bronzed glow was red carpet ready.
Designer Maria Grazia Chiuri’s haute couture gown, veiled in black, was selected by stylist Leslie Fremar and her assistant Molly Dickson.
The single mother-of-two was on hand to serve presenting duties and represent Kubo and the Two Strings, in which she voiced both Sariatu and Monkey.
Kubo will compete for both the best animated feature and best visual effects trophies at the glitzy ceremony airing on ABC.
